2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to customers across Ghana and may offer international shipping to selected countries.

If your location is not serviceable, our customer support team will contact you regarding available options.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic Deliveries (Within Ghana)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–7 Business Days

International Deliveries

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email or message containing tracking information (where available).

Customers can contact our support team for shipping updates if tracking information is unavailable.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Yento Best Buy will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

Customers may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-shipment.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
